Description

Converts any mic or other device with a standard* male or female 5/8" screw connector to a 1/4" female "guitar" jack . *The Chinese made JT-30 RH (Road House) model has odd sized threads, this adapter might fit if you force it, but please do not assume it will work with the RH. It fits all other JT-30's and other devices that have 5/8" center contact screw connectors. If the cheap cable provided with the RH has failed please contact me for an easy fix. This listing is for THREE (3) NEW fully tested adapters. See my other listings if you need a different quantity. A 'must have' item for amplified harmonica players, an indispensable backup if your screw fitting cable is ever lost or damaged... allows you to use your mic with a standard 1/4" 'guitar' cable. Another great use is to connect a 1/4" wireless transmitter to any mic, lap steel or steel pedal guitar featuring a 5/8" screw-on connector. Many vintage mic's, amp's, lap & pedal guitars + test gear and even g eiger counters made by Shure, Astatic, Turner, American, Heathkit, Eico, Stromberg Carlson, Masco, Turner, Bogen, DuKane and other brands feature the screw connector that these adapters attach to. Including numerous ribbon, dynamic and crystal type mic's used for stage, studio, ham radio, dispatch etc... This adapter will mate perfectly with one of my world class Twin Tone Microphones. You can also screw on an inline volume control or on/off switch before the adapter I offer those items on the Harmonica Planet.com website, and can make them available on eBay via a Buy-It-Now if you need anything. I ship these durable adapters worldwide via USPS First Class Mail in a small padded envelope. 99% of the time within 1 business day of receiving payment. If touring I will contact you quickly in cases of a mailing delay of over 5 days... very rare as I often carry inventory when on the road. The item in the TITLE is the only thing included . O ther things shown to provide a sense of scale and range of use. Insured shipping is at extra cost beyond my published rates, contact me before buying if insurance is desired. I test everything before sending, But... No Insurance = No Refund for loss, delay or damage. I'll mail it promptly but then it's out of my control. Please be fair and base your feedback upon how quickly your item was put into the mail rather than how long it takes to arrive. Apologies, I can only communicate in English. Mini Bio: I'm the Twin Tone and Harmonica Planet.com guy, stage manager for the international SPAH harmonica convention, producer of the International Blues Blowoff, and 9 year stage manager/co-producer of a major blues festival. Been playing harmonica 40+ years & have serviced/customized mic's for well over three decades. Retired from a tech career that spanned nearly 35 years, one which left me uniquely qualified to design and build world class mic's and cables. My father was a VP with Storz Broadcasting, he and two others actually cooked up the top 40 radio format way back in the 1950's. Pre-teen years included many visits to the Storz/WQAM studios in Miami, where I was mesmerized by all the dials, spinning reels and microphones... this stuff in my blood. It contains the information you need in order to avoid many of the typical online harp mic scams... Allows you to make an informed buying decision. I'll be pleased to send you a copy even if you don't buy from me... also available via the Harmonica Planet.com website. Here's my painless seller terms... Read before buying: If I goofed I'll quickly and cheerfully make it right (within reason). If you goofed, or changed your mind, or didn't ask before bidding, or... then no return or refund. I'm reasonable and ethical, any polite indication from you of a mistake in my listing or of a shipping problem will result in a positive and proactive response. Be patient, I'm retired and occasionally travel; I will quickly take care of you upon returning... or immediately from a remote location if circumstances permit. If the Post Office or shipping company loses or damages an uninsured item then you will have to seek recourse solely from that entity. I will assist if I can in such cases but will not issue refunds if someone else caused the problem. No worries for all the good buyers out there, I'm patient with honest misunderstandings, and I will cheerfully fix any problem that may originate on my end. Return Policy Details: Buyer must report any issues in detail via ebay "CONTACT SELLER" within 3 days of delivery. Returns must be pre-authorized and be well packaged w/tracking and insurance. Returns accepted ONLY if item is shipping damaged or not materially as described. No refunds for damaged, delayed, stolen or undelivered if not insured. No refunds prior to refund from carrier if applicable. If carrier allows you to file a damage claim on your end you may need to do so in lieu of a return. I will assist in any way I can if this situation ever arises. In the case of any dispute, buyer agrees to complete the ebay dispute process prior to taking any other action. Your bid or purchase = You agree to be bound by all of the terms of this listing.
